Scheduled

Dear NxtPort customer, partner,

In a continuous effort to keep our security and availability up-to-date NxtPort has planned a maintenance window on our testing environment.
We will perform a general maintenance for IRP and CPU.
We will of course try and minimize the downtime to a minimum to limit impact towards our customers.
NxtPort will of course perform the necessary testing to make sure all systems are working properly after the security updates.

Scope
The following URLs are included in this change:
• crp-uat.nxtport.com
• ingestion-uat.nxtport.com
• api-uat.irp.nxtport.com
• uat.irp.nxtport.com
• api-uat.nxtport.com
• api-uat.nxtport.eu

Key Benefits
This change will deliver the following improvements:
• Enhanced botnet protection
• Rate limiting to improve resilience and stability
• Preparation for API whitelisting

Traffic Impact
• The change applies only to inbound traffic to NxtPort.
• Outbound traffic from NxtPort will not be impacted. We will continue to send with the known IP addresses.

No action is required if your systems restrict outbound traffic based on FQDN.
Customers who apply outbound IP filtering towards NxtPort endpoints should review their configuration accordingly.

Although we take all necessary actions to avoid impact and we will perform testing, we do invite you to contact us through https://support.nxtport.com in case you do notice any issues after the maintenance.

If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

Best Regards,
The NxtPort Team
