Customs Authority is currently experiencing an issue with IDMS, as a result of which we are not receiving write-off messages.
They are making every effort to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

Investigating -
Dear,
We are currently experiencing an issue whereby, for a limited number of TSDs, not all feedback messages from Belgian Customs are being
received by IRP.
As a result, the corresponding CSR light logic and relevant notifications by IRP may be delayed or temporarily unavailable.
We are actively supporting Belgian Customs in their investigation of the issue and are working to restore the normal flow of messages for the impacted cases as quickly as possible.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and will provide further updates as soon as more information becomes available.
